Projects: the problems we solved

Before we write any code, we learn what you need and how things are done today. Below is the process we follow with every client, then four projects: the problem we started from, what we built and what changed. Every project is live, so you can open it and try it yourself.

How we work with clients

From the first meeting to software you use every day

Every project follows the same six steps. You see what comes out of each one and decide before the next begins.

  1. 01

    Understanding what you need

We meet you and the people who will use the software. For a company, we see how the work runs today: who enters what, where it is tracked and what gets printed or sent. For your own app idea, we pin down who it is for and what it has to do.

→ A map of what the software has to do
  2. 02

    Finding the problems

We point out where time and money are lost: totals worked out by hand, the same data typed twice, orders that slip, knowledge that lives in one person's head.

→ A list of problems, most costly first
  3. 03

    Agreeing what to improve

Together we decide what to fix first and what can wait, so the first version solves the problem that costs you the most.

    → Priorities you sign off
  4. 04

    Proposing a solution

You get a written proposal with the features, the timeline and the price before you commit to anything.

    → Written proposal and estimate
  5. 05

    You approve, we build

If the proposal works for you, we start. You see real screens in the first weeks and a working demo every few weeks, so changes are cheap.

→ Working releases you can test
  6. 06

    Launch and support

We launch, show you and your users how everything works, and keep improving the software as your needs grow, with the same people who built it.

→ Live software and ongoing support

Korekta · periodicals distributor, Bulgaria

CorectaSub: subscriptions, supplier orders and deliveries in one place

A web-based back office built for Korekta, a Bulgarian distributor that takes newspaper and magazine subscriptions and delivers them to the door. It runs the whole chain, from the product catalogue to subscriptions, supplier orders, delivery routes and the delivery fleet.

The problem

Distributing periodicals means tracking many titles, each with its own frequency, supplier and price per subscription period. Every period, the team has to work out how many copies to order from each supplier, how to load the vehicles, which driver delivers to which address, and which client receives what. Done in spreadsheets, that means a lot of manual totals and a lot of room for error.

What we built

We built one web application where each step feeds the next. A subscription updates its own status from its dates, supplier orders add themselves up from active subscriptions, and loading lists, driver routes and client slips print straight from the same data.

What changed

  • Subscriptions, supplier orders and deliveries run from one system instead of separate spreadsheets.
  • Supplier orders are summed automatically from active subscriptions.
  • Drivers get route lists, and clients get numbered subscription slips, straight from the same data.
  • Vehicle document expiry dates and instalments are tracked in one place.

klimasvqt · online retailer, Bulgaria

klimasvqt: an online store customers can buy from on any device

An e-commerce store that gives customers a modern shopping experience and gives the business one platform for managing products, orders and customers.

The problem

The store had to present a catalog of technical products clearly enough that customers could choose without calling, work well on phones, where most visitors browse, and give the team one place to manage products and orders instead of handling them by email and phone.

What we built

We designed the store around clear product pages and a short checkout, built for the phone first so the whole journey from choosing to ordering works on a mobile. Products, orders and customers sit in one admin panel, so the team sees every order in one list.

What changed

  • Customers can browse, compare and order from any device.
  • Products, orders and customers are managed from one platform.
  • The team updates the catalog without developer help.

Weyro: all your accounts, cash and investments in one place, and where every euro went

When your money sits in three banks, a broker and your wallet, nobody can tell you what you are worth today. Weyro can, and it shows which account each payment left from.

The problem

Take a normal month. €1,000 in account 1 and €550 in account 2 at one bank, €300 at a second bank, €500 invested through Trading 212, and €200 in cash from selling a chair you did not need. The mortgage leaves account 2, the subscriptions leave account 1, and you lent a friend €150. Every bank app shows its own slice. None of them tells you the total or which account the money really left from.

What we built

On payday you update your balances, and Weyro shows your total wealth across banks, cash, investments and loans given, plus what you can spend right now. Every payment is recorded against the account it left from, and monthly and yearly reports show where the money went. Bank sync and an AI summary of each report are in development.

What changed

  • Total wealth across every bank, broker and wallet is one number on one screen.
  • Each payment is recorded against the account it went through.
  • A month or a whole year becomes a report you can export as PDF.

Macro Tracker: log a meal with one photo and see what it does to your blood sugar

Most people stop tracking food because logging takes too long. Macro Tracker cuts it to a photo or one sentence, and for people with diabetes it records blood sugar and insulin next to every meal.

The problem

Nutrition tracking only works if logging is quick enough to do at every meal, and searching a food database item by item is not. People with diabetes have a second problem: their meal log and their blood sugar log live in different places, so it is hard to see how a specific meal affected them.

What we built

You log a meal with a photo of the plate, a barcode scan or one sentence in the chat, and the app works out the calories and macros. You check the ingredient list before anything is saved. With diabetes mode on, each meal also records blood sugar before, the insulin dose and blood sugar after.

What changed

  • A meal is logged from one photo, one barcode or one sentence.
  • Users check and edit the ingredient list before anything is saved.
  • People with diabetes see blood sugar and insulin next to the meal that caused them.
