Who we are
VMI Digital Solutions, Sofia, Bulgaria is the controller of personal data collected through this website. Contact: contacts@vmidigitalsolutions.net.
What we collect and why
- Project requests. When you submit the Start a Project form we store the details you enter, any files you upload, your IP address and browser information. We use them only to reply to your request and prepare a proposal (legal basis: steps prior to entering a contract, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, and our legitimate interest in preventing spam, Art. 6(1)(f)).
- Analytics. With your consent we use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages are useful (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Analytics cookies are not set until you accept, and you can change your choice at any time with "Cookie settings" in the footer.
- Spam protection. The form may use Cloudflare Turnstile to check that a request comes from a person.
How long we keep it
Project requests that do not lead to a contract are deleted within 24 months. Requests that do are kept for the duration of the contract and as required by Bulgarian accounting law.
Who we share it with
Our hosting provider, email provider, Google (analytics, with consent) and Cloudflare (spam protection). We do not sell personal data.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction or deletion of your data, object to processing, or withdraw consent by emailing contacts@vmidigitalsolutions.net. You can also complain to the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (cpdp.bg).
